Macaroni is such a cozy choice 😄
For me, it’s trofie and orecchiette. Trofie with pesto reminds me of a tiny trattoria in Genoa, the sauce clinging to every twist. Orecchiette holds little pools of ragù or cime di rapa, super satisfying to scoop.

Same taste, yes, but the shape changes the bite and sauce magic ✨🍝
