What a flippin’ fantastic question & speaking of flipping start flipping those pancakes because like a chainsaw & oil pancakes & syrup belong together too.

As for my inner fat kid, my inner fat kid loves pancakes especially blueberry pancakes swimming in syrup. As for waffles I usually toast them & eat one by one & as for my waffles I like them with buckets of butter on them a. k. a the heart attack special.

As for French toast I prefer French toast sticks & with those I like dipping them in syrup.

An air fryer is a handy thing to have & I like cooking mozzarella sticks in there or whole potatoes as well. I’ll try cooking toast sticks in the air fryer next time I pick them up.

Crepes are my fave. Pancakes a close second, French toast a close third. I like waffles, too except that they go cold so much faster than the others.
I like crepes better than pancakes because they're much thinner and don't suck up the syrup the way pancakes do. Pancakes, the way I make them, are pretty good and don't suck it up TOO terribly much but, I had a stack at IHOP once and must've poured on half a gallon of syrup before I could even taste it and, by then, the cakes were falling apart if you just look at them and they were so thick and loose, you got stuffed in no time and had to drink a LOT of tea to wash them down!!
