
It's actually totally fine. Feel sad if you feel sad, it's fine! Stop this "No bad vibes!" BS. You just get more miserable when you can't keep out the bad vibes. Give yourself permission to be sad or angry or scared or hurt or empty or happy or psychotic. When you give yourself permission, you open the doors to your emotions and you can finally begin to feel, assess, and neatly set them where they belong. Being in touch with your feelings is important, don't be afraid of people judging you for being angry or sad or happy or whatever for whatever reasons. Your feelings are valid.
