It's actually totally fine. Feel sad if you feel sad, it's fine! Stop this "No bad vibes!" BS. You just get more miserable when you can't keep out the bad vibes. Give yourself permission to be sad or angry or scared or hurt or empty or happy or psychotic. When you give yourself permission, you open the doors to your emotions and you can finally begin to feel, assess, and neatly set them where they belong. Being in touch with your feelings is important, don't be afraid of people judging you for being angry or sad or happy or whatever for whatever reasons. Your feelings are valid.
Yes, there are multiple occasions when we do feel sad.
Usually we tell someone, we seek help from friends, family and loved ones.
In cases when theybarent bothered or available or are otherwise unable to help is , we learn to cope up with it on our own.
Being sad is bad and difficult in itself, going through it alone is hellish, hiding it is also.

What you mean to say more succinctly is:
"Instead of saying, "I feel sad" say "I feel sad, for now" and thing about the latter, to reduce the effects of the former". Don't simply ignore emotions and feelings. Try and understand them instead.
Yes of course. I don't think there is anyone who never feels sad. I feel sad when I'm alone, when I think about how short life is, that my parents will die eventually and so on.
