For anyone feeling down or heartbroken

If you've broken up with somone, been rejected or simply cannot be with someone you know you should be with right now then I thought I'd share a few words.

There's many people out there and there is never 'the one'. It's the media which portrays this view and which many buy into. The fact is you'll meet all kinds of men and women throughout life. Whether you're in your twenties or thirties or fourties or even older.

The most important thing is never to lose yourself. When we were innocent, we were more individual, never stop being that person. What made you the person you are today will never get taken away.

The truth is that there are many special ones for everyone, you just have to be brave and know when to make the right call. But in the end, everyone will end up with someone, so stop dwelling and let the past be that, the past :)
