Girls, overthinking doesn't depend on a specific situation. It impacts many.

If you're the type of person who constantly thinks about a situation that occurred or will occur (such as going on a date, family reunion, prom, etc.) and gets stressed over it (and possibly restless until you find a solution) you're what I like to call an over-thinker. Heed my advice and know that the pain is only temporary.
If you're so anxious that you're feeling physical pain over an event, know that time will heal your stress and you will be able to move on. I know this from personal experience. I am an over-thinker. When I had my first kiss at 14 with a guy at my school who loves to toy with girls, I thought I would never be able to get over the pain (without revenge might I add). And now almost three years later I'm with a guy who loves me and is committed AND the player lot the game. He has had trouble with relationships, ended up in the hospital for drug abuse, and is currently attending a different school meanwhile I can confidently say that I've never been more happier in my entire life.
So remember girls (this applies to guys as well), THE PAIN IS ONLY TEMPORARY. And OVERTHINKING WILL ONLY CAUSE MORE PAIN. The less you think about it, the better the outcome.

A good take ^^
i mean hey you learn from your experiences. I would have went with "The pain can be temporary," considering whichever way you or any woman chooses to deal with it, it either effect them for an incredibly long time, or a very short time. Your choices make it last short or long, temporary or permanent
i agree with the whole the less you think about it, the better the outcome because people don't realize that putting pressure on the point makes it break, so the less pressure you put on the situation, the faster it flies over your head
As my master once said, don't think, empty your mind and act on instinct.
Yes, master Yoda. 😁
No actually my Master, Grand Master Sam Price 10th Degree Dan and member of the Martial Arts World Hall of Fame. though I think Obi-Wan Kenobi also said this in a New Hope, can't remember.
