I know this girl was interested in me before. But I didn't make a move on her...Now she is dating some other guy and won't look at me even if im passing by her? I'm just asking myself why? Has she lost complete interest in me?

yea thats the gamble in dating, if u wait too long to pursue the person, they will think you're not interested and will take it as a silent rejection and move on. you have to at least flirt and keep her interested, but u must have acted in a way that made it seem u werent into her at all, she took it as rejection and met a new guy.
