How would an outgoing girl act around a guy she likes?

Hey so my question is how would an outgoing girl act with a guy she's into. I've known a girl for a while and she's the most confusing girl I've ever met. She talks fine to everybody but when we talk she gives me one word answers. Then when I ignore her she gets upset and tries to get my attention. Then when she has it she never intiates conversation it's always me, and again it seems like she's happy to talk to me but she gives me very short closed responses or she gets nervous and dashed away.

Then she will revert to ignoring me and or avoiding me completely and it's pretty obvious she wants me to know it. I'm pretty sure she knows I like her but I can't tell if she feels the same way. She's incredibly out going but always this way with me

I act nice and jittery around a guy I like. Like I'll smile about just a simple conversation or word he says. I will look everywhere else but at him when I'm talking to him. I'll be nice and try to complement him on things that he got like a hair cutt or something. That's what outgoing girls act like. Sometimes there friends will try to help them out with the guy to see if he likes he back. But this is the most confusing thing for all women when a guy gives mixed signals or is playing them.
