Why is my girlfriend switching up on me?

So me and my girlfriend are in a completely open relationship and we've been dating for 8 months now. She knows good and well what kind of person I am, I like being with more than one girl and she has never had any appearant problems about it until a week ago. I even take her out with my other girlfriends and she always seemed to have fun, we go to clubs and shows and just hang out usually. She even knows most of my other girlfriends and talk to them on the phone. Recently though she's been acting all reserved and telling me that I shouldn't go out with them like I do and I should just stay home with her. Just to note, she is my main girl.
But why is she all of a sudden changing up on me, is she not happy with the person that I am anymore? Was she trying to plot something like this since the start? I really love this girl but I don't like what she is trying to do.

At first I can believe she was genuinely fine with it, but as her feelings for you grew she is thinking the next step is for both of you to become exclusive. (And does she get to see other people as well? Because if I were her I would insist.)

Of course she does, it's an open relationship. I'm 20 though, I'm not trying to chill back right now. I got friends who decided to slow down and have kids and I just feel disgusted by them, I don't know why. They remind me of just old couples just laying around not doing much. I don't know maybe I'm wrong.

Then I think you need to talk to her and say hey, we're young, you can have some fun with other guys and I'll still be around. I just don't want to settle down too quickly, just because I'm with other girls doesn't mean my feelings for you are changed. Maybe we should take a break if you are uncomfortable with me seeing other people. (Then she'll have some time to decide what she wants without guilt-ing you)

I mean we're usually pretty open about everything, I've actually already talked to her about it but she just keeps acting reserved and telling me how I should just be with her, and I don't want to be with one girl. Like I said it's not like she doesn't know who I am and what I do. I feel like she's trying to change me rather than understand me.
She has a couple of other boyfriends of her own, but whenever I see them they seem like just regular friends. I'm pretty obvious she's not interested in them like she is to me, I just don't wanna settle. I just feel like she is trying to force me to stay with her.

That's why I think you have to tell her you guys need a break for a while and then you'll both know what you want (maybe she'll come around or maybe... you will? Not saying either is right or wrong but obviously you two cannot continue like this.)

Sounds like you both want different things. This is a ticking time bomb it seems, so I'd just move on... or whatever the equivalent is for someone with multiple women/men.
