How should I break this shy girl out of her shell?

She flirted with me and I figured I should make my feelings known and I told her I liked her and gave her my number then said i know your really busy but if you want to hang out just text me and I'll make time. She texted me asking personal questions and is showing interist and she works fulltime with school so she's busy. She said she wants to see me apartment and I texted her to hang out a few time and she had class until 9pm so couldn't. Then the next time I texted her she said she had to do hw. She not lying but still I was annoyed so I stopped texting her first. I texted her last night and in said that I know your busy but if you find free time and want to spend it with me I will make time. I don't know what else to do.

LOL its happening the same with me. only the difference is that im girl who tries to get out of the shell shy guy..
Almostly the same reasons as you said ex. busy, work and so on. And i know he is not lying, but it makes me feel rejected.
Im was asking my self why he is doing this, why his priority for ex. work but not me. The same is with you. She finds an excuses. I can guess that she wants to meet, but is unexperienced and maybe afraids of something.
In my situation i just stopped texting him now and enjoy my life. Its hard not to think about him for me, but im trying. Because i came to the point that if he is not ready he won't get out, no matter how much i will be trying.
Try talk to her and know her better, but not be pushy. Maybe its the reason why she makes an excuses.

If she is so shy and still aproached you, how you said before, u musnt be so worried, at least you know that she likes you. If you have reall feelings for her, just wait, wait when she will be ready. Dont lose contact with her. Btw, can you see her in person? If so, then find a time to talk to her seriously.

Well she lives in my dorm and she said to text her anytime and she will co down to my room. It texted her and she had class until 9 and it would be weird to see her at night alone in my apartment for the first time. She only talks to me out of all my friends too. She brought a basketball from home so I can teach er to play cause I told her i played in hs last year go and see remembered I don't know its weird.

The craziest solution would be to know when she would be free and just call her and say ,, I will be in front of your door in 2 mins''.

I know her scedule she works mwf and all weekend managing a retail store. Then had class all day Tuesday and Thursday. So the face that she even texts me back is surprising.

I tried the whole not texting thing dmfornanfew weeks and It was no contact until I ran into her on campus and she approached me and talked about how she saw me on campus and tried to get my attention. Imshe didn't tell me this either I know cause she creeped on my Facebook to find out we live together and I creeoed in her back so I know she's not lieng. I'm going to try one more time and be done NY gut says she does like me though.

I've tried I texted her to meet twice multiple times and I even asked her when she's free and no answer. Then when i saw her in person her face lit up.

My attempts have been actually to directly ask her and see if I can see her in person. I'm trying to be more direct than calling lol. She limes me she locked eyes, said my full name, and approached me. Shed just weird around me.
