Yes they do. But however, depending on who she is, what trigger this feeling. This girl whom is flirting with me currently may or may not have feelings for me but I watch how close and available she make herself. the more the rejection the more I know. Sometimes woman hold fast to there emotions and will not put that on the line even if you paid her. You'll know when she has feelings for you when she treats you differently than other males.
That depends on whether they were initially somewhat interested and found you somewhat physically attractive, just like how you are more likely to try to be with people who cause you to feel infatuated. Infatuation primarily is look based, even though you can find someone's behavior compatible and personality attractive, after all.
Don't end up making her feel that you're not interested in more than just mere chat though, some people tend to convince themselves out of being interested. Just analyze her behavior pattern and see if she is more interested than not.

Sure they can that is how my ex fell in love with me and I her it led to a very nice relationship to.
We always just had this natural connection I guess it was not until she moved away that we both realized that we liked each other romantically though. Until then it was sort of just hidden beneath the depths after that our attraction only got stronger and stronger hell if we would have uncovered those feelings before she left we would have been all over each other lol.
Besides the natural connection we just sort of clicked you know kind of hard to explain its like we just got each other we wanted the same things out of life nice house with the big yard dog and kids lol basically your white picket fence house. Of course it helped that we loved each other to lol.
Because after she left I asked her out she accepted and a couple days later we had a heart to heart and realized we were in love lol. After that well it just slowly got stronger and stronger I could tell in the way we treated each other how we spoke to each other, spent out time together our plans for the future.

Its unlikely me personally saying it first. Im actually struggling with it right now. I have terrible anxiety but if i could i would. At first there was a connection (that relates to another matter) however i didn't really recgonize it.
