Can you get addicted to being warm?

My GF sleeps in thermal underwear and tall socks, and when she wakes up she puts on a hoodie and sweat pants and another pair of socks. Our apartment is definitely warm.

The problem is now she feels cold all the time if she doesn't completely bundle up when she goes outside. Even when it's not even that cold out. Did she make herself addicted to being warm?

Uhhh... I wouldn't worry about this at all. It's cold outside, so people are generally cold. And they overcome this by putting on clothes.

I, too, always wear long thermal underwear - year round - and I don't want to miss it even in mid-summer.

People like to be comfortable. If your gif's a tiny girl, your apartment is probably cold to her.

She's pretty tiny, but our apartment is set to 75, which I think is pretty darn warm. I think she's just made herself used to it. The problem is she now has to bundle up like crazy to go outside... should I slowly bring the temp down to get her used it the cold a bit?

Warm to you, but cold to her. Wouldn't you rather she was comfy? Is it really that big of a deal that she has to bundle up to go outside?
