Why does it feel like people in pictures can see me?

Its so weird, whenever I'm changing in my room I feel so awkward because I feel like they can see me changing.

That's not a hallucination, so it's not schizophrenia, and it's not a belief, it's a state of fear, so it's paranoia brought about likely by either disassociation or traumatic experience possibly suppressed which may or may not includes simply being overly embarrassed at some pint about something relative to your image with the trigger being the sight of eyes.

But, what do I know? \o/

That makes sense to me. I have the same issue and has been ruled out by Drs that it's Schizophrenia. It stems from traumatic experiences from my past and mixed with paranoia/self-esteem issues.

In order of likelihood, I'd say 1) a bit of an extreme level of self-consciousness, or 2) a touch of schizophrenia.
