Why are women so indecisive and never Make plans or decisions?

Whether in a friend or dating situation I have to tell the girls what we will do I have to start all the conversation and if I don't they seem uncomfortable

I like to lead but I would think they would want to have a say in what we would do and gets annoying having to start every conversation if I don't say something they will just be silent and it's like that with every girl I meet

Not all women are like that. But I believe that many of them tend to think (I guess it's simply by cultural reasons) that the man must always start things. It has no point actually, they sure can and even must start things. I see so many questions here asking if it's ok for a girl to approach and stuff like that... the answer is always the same: YES! Why not?

Because u are a man and they are a woman.
A man should be confident and secure.. Know what he wants and do it. Women are more emotional and sensitive, being indecisive should make it easier for u because whatever u decide to do she'll agree

Ure complaining now, wait till u meet one that wants it her way or the high way

I'd like to ask the same about men, considering that like all of the guys I know are never capable of picking a solid date/time to meet up etc. It's always me running the show and picking/suggesting the exact dates, so eh.

Maybe they're shy girls? Or maybe your friends that are girls like you. Every woman is different. Some like the man to take charge & make decisions. Whil, others believe themselves to be "the BOSS" lol
