Why did my friend ( female) stare at my bulge when we were in the hot tub?

We were in the hot tub on my back porch with some friends and joking around as usual and when we got out to cover the tub back up while two of my friend were showering i was laying down to latch the top down. My suit was wet so I had a bulge and I looked at her and she kept looking at it for like 10 seconds. She blushed then smiled and helped me up and we got cleaned up and started drinking and watched a movie as a group. I can't get that moment out of my head.

Well I had to go under the hot tub and it was a weird angle so I could see her eyes but not vice versa. It was something we don't speak of.

I think we graduated HS together and became friends. Then we went to college together and met up smbit I don't have sexual attraction to her. She's like the girl I can cuddle with and not feel awkward. she's dated a lot of guys and I was her crying shoulder.

Well I'm like her best guy friend and I've talked to her and comforted and she fell asleep on top of me and it wasn't awkward but I never thought about dating her cause it would be weird knkwong everything about her.

Well that was really painful for her cause her bf at the time told her he misses his ex and doesn't love her after they dated for 3 years already so she cried in my arms and fell asleep on top of me. I don't date cause I'm too irresponsible but if my girl hurt me like that I'd be crushed.

I'm not attracted to her weve been friends for 5 years and it hasn't happended before. The thing is i used to be baby faced and clean cut but I recently took up the scruffy long hair look and she said she hates it and it looks trashy. Then this awkward moment happended.
