It was part of our dress code in school if we wore shorts/skirts shorter than your finger tips when standing straight. Also had to wear shirts with more than 3 finger width strap. If we broke it and had no other clothes to wear they had these big men's XXXL T-shirtst that went down to our knee caps lol.

I never wear skirts. Just dresses on Sunday's and special occasions. And I wear leggings under my dresses in the winter and most of the time in the summer I don't weareggings underg dresses but I just wear my Daisy dukes and my boots, and usually an batman shirt.

To be honest, if i'm wearing a skirt/dress in the first place, it's because it's too hot for trousers. So no shorts underneath, just underwear.

Private school kid, they are very strict on you have to where all uniform which includes shorts under skirts. Yep
