    very common. All of my friends throughout primary school to now in uni wear shorts under skirts and dresses.

    maybe if you live somewhere that gets no wind at all itd be fine, but otherwise its a major flashing risk, even just going up stairs

    I think most girls don't wear shorts but its not uncommon. Maybe 70/30%. It also depends on where you live I guess
