Why do some Asian girls inflate their cheeks when posing?

I've seen many pics of mostly Japanese and Koreans inflating their cheeks when taking pictures. Why?

Like others said, it's because its cute.
there's something in korean called kiyomi, or aegyo, which is basically girls making cute facial poses, and acting cute in front of their boyfriends or male friends. In Korea it's not seen as flirting.

It's cute. Girls do that to attract the guy they're interested. It's a way of making them look younger and more innocent yet playful. Some even do certain poses with their hands to enforce the "cuteness" of the look
