Damn, you judge a situation by it's cover where you don't any details about it. Yeah, yeah, media have told as a lot, but as other have said SHE MADE A MISTAKE FOR GOD SAKE. Not everyone are brave as you, girl. Most people that get bullied takes suicide because they have noone to go to. I see that you found friends and that's good for u. but it doesn't mean that you can judge her! you didn't live her life and the events she went through, so how the hell do you know how she felt? I mean maybe you have been in similar events, but that doesn't mean you have been in excatly same moments as her.
And as I said we all are different. you were stronger than she ever was, But the girl is DEAD now!! so please at least show some sympathy to dead people. how you are describing it should not be tolerated at all. I mean if you want to criticize her do it the right way. show some sympathy while giving your opinion about it!

No she met a guy in a private chat room, he asked her to flash him once and he did. He recorded it and then started blackmailing her. Then he eventually leaked the photos to all her peers. They then maliciously bullied her. They she switched schools again, the guy asked for more pics and when she didn't give in he showed her peers. She switched schools a third time and then she found a guy she liked, had sec with him not knowing he had a boyfriend, his girlfriend beat her up and the whole school ostracized her. She eventually killed herself

Its not murder because she killed herself. And she knew he had a gf.
She shouldn't have flashed anyone. She was an attention seeking whore. She thought the boy loved her. That was her second mistake fucking that kid. She fucked up and she then couldn't deal with the consequences. The RCMP told her mom that she should deavtivate all her social media accounts. Did her mom listen. Nope. Her mom is playing the poor me victim when she did nothing to protect her daughter. No child should be allowed a laptop or smartphone. Its also her dads fault she is dead. Her mom said no to getting a webcam and her father didn't see the harm in them.
She was a young girl, and just trying to figure life out. Are you saying that if we make one mistake we should kill ourselves. NO! Because I have made a lot of mistakes too and I definetly don't think I should die.
She was young and this truth is when I was 14 I wanted to be wanted. I just wanted boys to like me, hell I wanted anyone to like me. I was so sinsecure like most girls and I turned to other people for approval. I was fortunate that nothing went wrong, unfortunate or her a lot went wrong.
He incident happened in a time when things like chat rooms were still new so not many people learned about the possible dangers of things they out online. My sister had a webcam at the same time this whole incident happened, she knew about chat rooms and was on them too. He wasn't thinking about online stackers or perverts because before this no one knew the possible danger.
And we mom didn't delete her accounts probably one because she didn't know how and two because she trusted her dughter
My dad let my sister go on web chats with friends because that's what teens did for fun.
And just because he messed up didn't mean she deserved to be bulled to the point where she had no more self worth. Until she thought dying was better than anything she had ping at the time. She was a child she made a mistake and she was sorry.
I hope you get in a Relationship bad enough to the point where you want to die. I pray that something like thy happens to you. I've had people close to me, good fuckig people killed by societies hate and pressure. People who made mistakes with being themselves an are fucking dead. 2012... No no no chat rooms weren't new. Even they wernt new 3 years before that. So being young is an excuse to do stupid shit with out dealing with the consequences!! My life growing up was hell. So before u judge get to know me. She was 11 and on Facebook. You have to be at least 13 to have a Facebook. All her mom had to do was contact Facebook. Most if not all websites say you have to be 13 years old to use it. She was a slut and liked the attention. Stop making excuses for her stupid actions. She is not so innocent. 99% of people who commit suicide dont get national attention. People only care now that she is dead. No one cared before.

First of all I was bullied my entire life. Second my kids are not going to have a laptop or smartphone until they are old enough to pay for it themselves. Second I'm over 200 pounds and I would tell my girls to be themselfs. Not to post nude photos online. And ill tell them the consequences of doing so.

Her parents did pull her from school. In fact they had encouraged her to be homeschooled but she knew that people would still be making fun of her in we town. Thy picked up their hole lives and moved her, them she got bullied there because her pictures we're leaked again. Then they changed school again and the incident with the boy happened plus they started suggesting he kill herself. When she got jumped her parents pulled her from school.
And getting rid of a laptop doesn't get rid of the problem. That's like saying if there's a show on tv I don't like, that if I get rid f the tv then the how stops existing. Her photos would have still been leaked by anther source that they couldn't pinpoint
Also you can do everything right by for how ever many house your gone they can still make a mistake. My mom taught me how to tie my shoes but sow times when I was a kid is run without my how tied. She taught me what to do, but being a child (who doe and should make mistakes) I didn't always follow them.

Honestly I don't know why the parents didn't take the laptop or pull her out of school. Could be that at the time they didn't understand how serious the situation had gotten. From articles that I have been reading, she seemed to goad the suspect who was blackmailing her in hopes of scaring him off. Sadly it didn't. And from all the articles I have read they all state she flashed one guy. Not 200. The man then sent out the photo. Either way, it's sad that she was driven to a point where she felt she couldn't go on anymore.

Again I looked up several news articles online. I never trust just one news source. It's like saying anything posted on gossip magazines are 100% true. Articles are exaggerated to gain ratings and to get shock value. Whatever the case of what was true or not. I find it sad that you, as a former bully victim can't empathize with the pain that she went through. Sure suicide is such a drastic measure but I can't find anything funny about it. (Note: I've dealt with my battles of stopping short of attempting suicide) I get your frustration with this girl but show some kind of decency. I have been bullied online on Facebook because I like the band blood on the dance floor. Told everyday that I should kill myself. Did I kill myself no. I was bullied all my life in the real world. Spit on beat up all that. Then when I was 15 my dad relapsed and he was abusive to me and my mom for 4 years for me. Longer for my mom. My mom called me a niggers whore 4x and said my rape was my fault. I wanted to kill myself all 4 times. I'm still here. At 19 I attempted suicide and many times after that but I have friends that care about me. I, quit cutting sometime last year. If I can live threw this she could have lived threw that!!
Well sadly not everyone is that strong. Not saying you didn't go through shit just saying that you sound like you have a huge chip on your shoulder. The fact you are taking this suicide so personally, tells me you aren't that mature for a 25 year old. Don't really care what else you have to say. I've known people who have committed suicide, while I am still hurt by their passing I don't blame them or scoff at them. I was angry sure, but I found myself trying to find ways to help others who feel there is no hope. So instead of being angry why not try to find some way to understand her and help others like her. Amanda Todd was a 15 year old girl who commited suicide in 2012 after she flashed a chat room of 200 people. She was 11 at the time. A guy screen shot the pic and put it on the internet. He then went on to bully her. Sent the photo to her class mates. She changed school many times. The guy did the same thing. She then slept with a guy who had a gf. Witch she knew about. She thought he loved her. He only wanted to fuck her. After the gf beat her up she attempted to kill herself by dteanking bleach. Her parents should have taken her laptop away. Her mother was told by the RCMP to delete all her social meds profiles. Her mother didn't listen. Her mother Ks playing oh poor me. When she did nothing to prevent her daughters suicide.

I swear when I have kids I'm going buy a pc and put it in the living room in the corner so I can see what they are doing. When older then they can have a laptop. No, she was actually 13 when she flashed blogtv because she was coaxed to do so. I feel that if Amanda had deleted her accounts, the case would've been better, I agree with that. Then again, there were probably factors that we don't know about as to why she didn't delete them, probably to keep track of the whereabouts of the picture and her stalker.
Her mom was told to, do so by the cops she didn't listen she got what she deserves
