There's a woman I see in the hallway at work and we've flirted/chatted briefly a couple times the past month (It's a large office with thousands of people so we don't actually work together). I've finally decided to stop being a wuss and to ask her out. I'm pretty sure she has a boyfriend because I was a bit of a stalker and looked at her Facebook page, but I still want to ask her out anyway for the practice and to put it out there so she'll know to come "just say hi" if it doesn't work out with him.

Just looking for examples of something funny, playful, and/or mysterious. For example:

Her: Sorry, I have a boyfriend.
Me: That's cool. When's the wedding?
Her: Uhh... I don't know.

Hmm. I don't think women are that naive. If I'm flirting with her and asking her out, I don't think there's much of a chance she'd believe that. And even if she did, when she finds out I don't want to be just friends she wouldn't respect that I was being deceitful.
