Yes, it could mean two things one is she is not happy in her relationships and that she is exploring her options or it could be that she is testing the other guy by purposely flirting to see his reaction and she wants to know what he will do despite knowing that she has a boyfriend.

ok so here's what she did

First occasion im standing in the breakroom getting ready to clock in she walks in and asks if i live near campus i say yes she says i can give you rides i respond i really like my bike her response my offer stands.

Second occasion i walk in the breakroom her my manager and another associate are on break i put my lunch in the fridge and sit down she says hey im not paying attention so i didn't know she was talking to me. Then she gets up stands right in front if me and says hey again from there we talk sports, what types of music she likes and i like, she told me all the shows she likes on Netflix

Then, she doesn't have a boyfriend. She is single. See. You don't have to worry about anything. She just living her life as normal. Every college girl does that. Same here. When a guy in college talks to me, I response respectfully and with manners. That doesn't mean we have boyfriends. It means that we are nice to people around us.
