Why would a girl flirt with you even if she has a boyfriend?

I'm aware that some girls are like this. For those who flirt with other guys (who aren't their boyfriend). Why would you do that?

It's ok for those who are flirty by nature (because that's their type of personality) but what about for those who aren't?

I'm trying to understand this because I have some women that are in relationships are the most who are doing this.

Usually, it's a low self-esteem thing. They need constant reassurance that they're attractive and can get the guys they want (or any guy) and so they routinely seek male sexual attention through flirting. The thing is if you either call them out on it or make a move they'll deny it and make out that you're a creep or they'll fuck you behind the boyfriend/fiance/husband's back. Either scenario is not good so just walk away.
