This woman I am forced to see on a regular basis has really been getting on my nerves. Basically she's a bitch and I'm her victim. Not that I want to physically hurt her or hurt her life in anyway at all... I just want to hurt her FEELING and make her feel like shit.

Mostly so that she doesn't pick on me again! Any advice guys?

In order to hurt her emotionally, the easiest way is to cause other people not to like her. That hurts just like a punch to the face. Find out who her friends are and who they talk to. Find out what her friends don't like, what they are sensitive about. Now start spreading rumors that you think will reach them indicating that their friend possesses these undesirable qualities.

Frame her for being an anti-Semite. Works like a charm.

It's better you cool off before you do something regrettable. The only defense you have against her is to tell her the truth and that you don't like her treatment of you. I've had a few people say as soon as they confront the BITCH at work... she would get stunned and mortified that she wasn't recognised as the bitch anymore because someone finally stood up to her.

Yes Ignoring will do her great emotional damage.. lol I've done that because i couldn't use words to defend myself because she would just get more volatile on me. I'd let my actions speak for myself turning away from her or avoiding her when near her.

here is a trick, act like an adult and get over it, she won't be the last person that you have to work with that you don't like, if you can't learn to deal with people then there is not point interacting with people.

at the end of the day, you go home, she goes home, let work stuff stay at work and don't let it get the better of you, find a hobby that you can get your aggression out, don't lash out at other people, you will look like a child and they will have won. just let it was over you, as we say in my line of work, whats the worst they could do, they can't make you pregnant

I chose option C today. I just ignored her and didn't answer a when she called my name... I made her repeat herself, ie... Then I didn't hold the door open for her and just let it bang on her lol. Actually I didn't see if it did but I imagine that it would have.
