What are the signs your ex still has feelings for you even though they say they don't?

Like the question says what are the things an ex would do which would indicate they still have feelings for you even when they say they don't?

My ex of a few months, who I dropped because she was playing games and being manipulative, started doing the following even though she told me she has no feelings for me:

Giving me the silent treatment but always seemed to be staring.
Always hanging out at the place we frequent.
Constantly being in proximity but somewhat distant...if that makes sense.
Flirting with other guys infront of me and being really loud.

We haven't seen each other for months, but now she's making her relationship with her new boyfriend very public on social media when before she was always very private, I mean she barely shared anything on social media now there's pics everywhere and emphasis on her relationship status.

Should I take this as a sign of punishment, attempted jealousy, attention seeking, leftover feelings or what?

You said you dropped her because she was playing games and being manipulative... if that's how she was acting while you were together, how did you expect her to act after you dumped her? She is trying to convince herself that she doesn't need you, I would say. Only she really knows.

You should take it as her putting in your face as a way to punish you. Not that she has feelings but that she wants revenge.

Okay but why get revenge against me when she says she doesn't have feelings for me or what to talk to me. Surely if you don't care then you wouldn't go for revenge by definition?

Well define feelings. She has no POSITIVE feelings. She does have negative ones. Thus the revenge part. People are petty like that. It gives them satisfaction to get revenge. If it were me I couldn't care less. Many others feel the need to get back at someone.
