Girl at work keeps staring at me?

This girl has been at my workplace for a few months now, sometimes when I walk by she gives me this intense stare/glare. I just sort of ignore her and don't really talk to her that much but it's getting real awkward now.

A few weeks ago we had a staff training session and I got a little flirty with one of the presenters and out on the corner of my eye this girl looks like she was giving me the death glare. When I glanced at her for a bit her eyes darted away.

Does she hate my guts? Am I wearing something weird all the time? Can anyone chime in what's going on? I feel so awkward I want to avoid talking to her if I can. I don't want to incite workplace drama either...

Yeah I don't like drama at work either, you should just ask her is something wrong but not in a mean way, has she ever spoken to you before?

Sort of? Not really? Most of the talking was done when one of my co-worker buddies had me go talk to her when I really didn't want to which caused me to be even more awkward. It's just the staring makes things awkward I can't even talk to her.

I'm not trying to be nosey but what did you say to her, was it something bad, did you stare at you like that before your co worker had you talk to her?

I didn't say anything to her- nothing offensive anyway. The only "big" thing I did was give her a charm I got from overseas because I gave the friend coworker a charm (a bigger version of it), because the coworker told me how she was obsessing over it. But I really haven't talked to her since.

Hmm maybe she felt like you were making a move on her when you gave her that charm, and maybe she got jealous when she seen you talking to another co worker.

In all honesty I just think you should just ask her but don't start off the conversation that way, or you can try to see if she'll say something but you might be waiting forever

I might have to do that if it drives me crazy for a little longer, or I might ask my "proxy" friend. Thanks for the suggestion. I might fish around for a few other opinions..

Hah and yet, that's where most seem to meet and many did at the retail store I worked at. One couple met there and even got married, not much of a match in my opinion, but heck they got married.
