There’s this girl at work that started this year and she always looks at me weird?

If I see her she keeps looking at me until I say hi she never says hi first she will just look and smile. It’s weird to me that she will not say anything we could look at each other for 5 seconds and she won’t say anything. She a lot younger then me and I think she’s attracted to me but I just feel like it’s weird she doesn’t say anything first. She will just give eye contact lol. If I don’t say anything she won’t say anything and we just have this weird eye contact haha

Every single time though? We have talked a few times now so surely she’d feel comfortable to say hi first if we are giving each other eye contact?

Yeah we have talked more now then just saying hi. But I mean if it’s another day we see each other she waits for me to say hi then she says hi and we have a chat etc
