Can someone that's a virgin also have daddy issues?

I'm not sure that "daddy issues" are actually a real thing.. but I think I have trust issues when it comes to guys I assume every guy will use me then leave me if given the chance. my dad was in my life till I was 14 years old but he wasn't really there he wanted me and my brother to not talk to him just leave him alone, he didn't really like kids and he yeld a lot. then when I was 14 my parents divorced and I never hear anything from him occasionally a birthday card in the mail but that's it.. when I do find someone attractive I notice they are usually in their 30s I'm not sure why that is.. I also had a eating disorder since I was 13 because I never really felt I could express my feelings because in my mind that would be seen as "weak"so I used my eating disorder as a crutch if that makes any sense.. I somtimes feel like women who constantly need a man in they're life are weak aswell.. I'm not sure if I have trust issues or (cringe) daddy issues.. but then again don't you have to be permicious to have that?

Anybody can have daddy issues, but not everybody who doesn't trust guys has daddy issues.
Tbh, it's better sense to not trust them til they show they can be trusted... You can't just trust everybody in life.

As for women who always need a man in their life, they're usually just insecure and/or lonely so need the man around to reassure her on her insecurities or make her feel less lonely.

You probably have a few issues about the father figure, and don't worry, there's WAY too many people out there who have issues with their parents's figures. You could overcome it by thinking about the relationship you had with your father, and trying to accept everything that happened between the two of you. Try to look at the most painful moments under a new optimistic light.
