I voted "A", although I think the word "Disgusting" is a bit of an exaggeration.

I think it's a turn-off for sure though. A large quantity of muscle mass and ab-definition is a sign of testosterone, which is a more masculine hormone. It reminds me of looking at a guy's stomach. It's like if a guy had big boobs, a small waist and a big butt, wouldn't that look feminine? That's my point with this statement.

With this being said, I would still date or have sex with a girl with six-pack abs. I also think they work hard, so I give them kudos in the first place to GET that six pack. There are also different degrees of a six-pack (some are more extreme than others.) I just don't see the appeal of a six-pack on a girl.
