Girls, Is it normal to throw up when your on your period?

yeah sometimes, it hurts a LOT. I used to get back pains, my fever went off the roof, but my body would be very cold. I threw up a couple of times. It can be normal. But I know, it hurts like a BITCH and its like a dying ass experience lmao.
Try to avoid taking caffeine before you know you're going to get your period.
Eat more eggs, and foods that are rich in protein and energy to prep you.
When it does hurt, try and keep your stomach warm. Heating pads help a little.
Drink lots of water, and take aspirin which thins out the blood so it flows easier.
Make sure to take pills before the pain starts otherwise they might be ineffective.

It's only happened to me one time, and that was because my birth control dosage was WAY too high for me. In the past I used to get cramps so intense that they would literally make me sick to my stomach or nauseous, but I never vomited. I would gag, but not vomit. Everyone is different though. Right before I start my period (the hours before) I get a severe migraine and I'm pretty much done for the day. My bff gets horrible stomach problems (she always throws up right before hers starts) so do keep in mind that every woman reacts differently.

yes i think it’s normal but nothing for everyone. i throw up a lot when i’m on my period. it’s the worst pain ever because you have the cramps and then your stomach is pushing up. i just started my period yesterday and i just threw up for the second time today. it sucks but just try not to eat lots of food that makes you nauseous and drink lots of water. stay away from spicy foods and caffeine

Yes it can be normal. I have thrown up on my period before.. But that's usually when I have really bad cramps.
