Is this how a shy gemini girl acts around someone they like?

I recently started feeling like this girl likes me back, but not in your typical way. She seem pretty sociable, but she like gives me zero eye contact and acts like she's in a hurry if were passing each other at work. However, she always sits in front of me in the breakroom and she usually finds a reason to get closer to me but ends up looking down when she's right next to me. Does she want me to initiate contact?
