Why are girls so conceited?

What I mean by very fat girls is whose height 1.60 cm and weight is 95 kg. More than this wouldn't look like a girl any more. If she is more than 100kg with 1.60 cn height, it is disgusting. Men chase every girls that dont look disgusting.
