Yup, dont bother loosing weight, You would be better of staying overweight,

Eh, The health side is not important, I mean, If one is obese, They are gonna have a hard time, and are more likely to die alone, If one has loose skin, They are gonna have a hard time, And are still more likely to die alone.
We all die one day anyway, So, Health factors are not why people loose weight, People do it to feel better about themselves and be more attractive, But, there is absolutely no fucking point as you will only end up worse. Dont make the same mistake i did, Just dont bother loosing weight.

He was fat, But spent 2 year loosing all that weight, What you are seeing is not fat, It is quite literally just skin that has been stretched where fat use to be. (I mean, Look at his chest, You can see the definition of his chest muscles).
If that guy didn't have that loose skin, You would clearly be able to see all of his muscle groups, Its just unfortunate that he has skin covering them, But yeah, Its not fat.
