Would you date a scrawny guy?

Scrawny doesn't have good connotations and I get that

I've seen this question posted on different forums. Guys say the answer is no. I don't actually know how girls feel.

So, I have three questions for the girls on here concerning dating and body type

1. Would you date a scrawny guy who is stronger than you
2. Would you date a scrawny guy who was weaker than you
3. Would you date a scrawny guy as long as he exercised and ate well

Three separate questions

If the answer is no, completely understand. Yes, I am a scrawny guy due to a whole host of reasons I cannot discuss in detail. I believe in compatibility and if I'm scrawny and somebody wouldn't date me I'm not compatible. So I won't be offended.

Also- if you wouldn't date a guy simply because he is scrawny do you consider that superficial and, if so, is it fair to criticize guys for being superficial.

All options assume that the guy has other interesting qualities

I already have some idea what guys might say I'm curious purely about the girls perspective

My instinct is to say yes.. just because I don't like to judge a book by it's cover.. but, I know once we start dating, there will be some internal problems. Firstly, If I were to weigh more than you.. that would be a SERIOUS problem to me. If we were close in weight and size, I would feel constantly pressured to appear "smaller" and/or thinner than you. It would drive me up a wall. This is just my opinion.. I kniw it probably sounds crazy.

I am curious though not trying to be an ass but if a guy said his girlfriend should weigh less then him or he feels emasculated- would you say that's fair or that that guy is superficial

Some girls get jealous of their boyfriends if their boyfriends are smaller? did not know that.

I would say it's fair. It's just like how the majority of men like to be taller than the women they date and how the majority of men prefer women on the shorter end of the scale (not making this up.. many polls have been done on this site on the topic).

There are obviously men who are attracted to larger women and women who are attracted to smaller men.

I can't speak for the entire population of women, but yes, feeling insecure and getting jealous of your boyfriend's ability to stay skinny.. can happen.
