Girls, how can you tell if a bubbly/friendly girl likes you?

So there's this girl that started working in a department next to mine a month ago, and she seemed quiet and shy, but now seems like she is a friendly/outgoing person. So I'm wondering if she's being friendly with me or more. Signs I think she likes me: she talks to me a lot, like she'll constantly come over to me to ask for help with simple things she could do or ask her coworkers; she'll follow me around, like if I'm walking one way and she's going the opposite, she'll start walking with me; she's always smiling at me and one time she told me that she makes sounds to try to get my attention; she touches me and gets in personal space a lot like I've thought a couple of times that she's too close or she'll play fight with me; I've noticed her play with her hair, one time while she was stocking and talking to me; the first time I sat down on break with her she seemed really shy/flustered, she was really giggly and didn't seem herself; and finally she just seems really excited and happy when she sees me. Now reasons that I think she's just being friendly: one time she seemed to want to tell me something but didn't, then later told me that someone asked her if we were dating, and she told them no, she didn't really seem bothered by it; when we're on break she's usually on her phone, she keeps looking at me and having a conversation but I don't know; and finally, sometimes after somebody talks to her she'll come over to me and say how she doesn't like that person or something, so one time I was teasing her and said jokingly," I wonder what you say about me when I leave?" she just got really quiet and looked down and said,"you're... never mind" and changed the topic. It just seemed weird and awkward like she might say something bad. So really it just seems like I'm at a crossroads of either being her friend or something more, and need advice on how to act since I could really go either way. I know how much it hurts a girl when she just wants a friend, so what do you think?
