I think it depends on the situation. I don't see it personally but I know there are women in professional settings that want to be taken seriously and respected for their work but their large bosoms make people just see them as the hot chick around the office and they don't pay attention to the actual hard work she does. Also the whole back ache thing. Smaller breasted girls I think feel more unattractive just because breasts have been way overly sexualized. I don't think one has it objectively worse. It just depends on what kind of gal the lady is and what she wants in life.

I have heard more busty girls complain that their boobs were a hassle.
Too big, too heavy, always in the way, can't sleep on their stomachs, can't find clothes that fit, boobs heaving when they walk or jog, back pain, and guys leering at their chests.

Small chest girls just think that more guys would like them if they had bigger boobs.

I'm guessing busty. Like for me, the main two problems with having a flat chest are when shirts don't fit right (sometimes they were made with bigger boobs in mind) and the idea that guys only like big boobs.

But busty girls have even more problems with shirts fitting, I've heard, plus potential health problems. Sure, their chests look nicer, but it's not that difficult to find guys who don't mind smaller chests anyway. *shrug*

Girls with DDs and larger can always get a reduction and get down to a C cup without any unnatural things being implanted in their body. Boy chested girls will have to get implants if they desire larger bust. One of my breasts is a D cup and the other is DD. I've never had back pain, they don't sag (thank goodness!) And I have the sexiest bra collection.

As a flat girl, I'm really happy with my size, and so are most of the other flat girls I know. Busty girls, on the other hand... always have to wear bras (underwire... ew!), can't lie on their stomachs, back pain, creeps... I hear a lot of complaints from them. :P

I can't sleep on my back. Every blue moon I would roll on my back at night and for some reason pitch up like wtf lol. I don't know why, maybe I'm just weird. I always sleep on my stomach and I don't really wear a bra. I have D cups but they sit up really well and don't sag. I don't know where a lot of those rumors are coming from.

Voted flat chested. There are guys who prefer small boobs, but completely flat is different. They can't find any bras that really fit, and generally flat chested women hate their flat chest. So for a girl feeling confident, sexy, etc I think flat chested girls have it worse.
