Skinny guys are great, but that guy is really dangerously skinny. I usually would think of skinny as the swimmer guy, but without the defined muscles. Either way, I'd be cool with skinny, skinny fat, built fat, chubby ft, and maybe swimmer if he didn't have those muscles and was just smooth instead.
