I'd say I fit into the 'Nice and muscular' category, some people may call me a little slimmer than that, some may say I'm a bit bulkier than that but it really depends on which point of my training program I'm in (cutting, shredding or bulking) 😂

I have respect for the chubby and solid body type. Those guys are truly 'strong' and 'powerful'. That type of body is built to wrestle bears on mountains, not the body building type (which is purely for aesthetic looks and not functional movement).
