I don't like taking selfies becuase I'm ugly, what do I do?

This is me and this is the normal average picture that I take to upload to put as my profile pictures. Sometimes it will just be my hair showing with a little bit of jawline becuase I don't like taking selfies becuase I'm just far too ugly for them. 
 
This is me. I took this selfie for the fact to prove I'm ugly. I covered half of my face up becuase I could never do a full selfie... I'm just too ugly too. All these girls bully me and call me ugly... They call me fat and ugly and worthhless. It's even got to the point where I see a psychologist becuase I have depression, body dismorphia and anxiety. I'm just sick of being ugly. Any advice of how not to be ugly and to have confidence in taking selfies?

Dear first off, you're gorgeous okay so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I'm so sorry that you've been bullied about your appearance and that it's affected you so much, quite honestly those people who bullied you are jerks and liars as well. I know exactly how you feel seeing that I struggle with the same problem and I wish there was some solution I could give you to make they problem magically go away but it takes time. Secondly, you have to change the mindset you have about yourself before anything else can improve. Even if you really dislike your appearance it's important to try to find good things you like about it even if it's hard. Thirdly, I'd suggest you try taking selfies even if it makes you uncomfortable and decide to yourself "Even if I don't get praised for my looks, I'm still perfect the way I am despite what others think." And it's true okay, besides I promise you that others find you beautiful even if some douches told you otherwise. Finally, this might be a long and hard process to overcome your way of thinking but I know that it's possible. Dear you're beautiful and perfect the way you are so there's nothing you should change🙌. You're not ugly, you're gorgeous. I love your eyes and you have plump lips. Nobody can believe they are beautiful because you can't see yourself in the most beautiful moments. Do you see yourself sleeping? Or when you're having a really happy moment? No you don't, but others do, and especially when you smile, it makes others do too. I hate how people say they're ugly when they're not, and will only believe they are if a guy tells them they are. You look absolutely beautiful and I don't understand where you got ugly from. It's an ugly word, and shouldn't be used for a beautiful girl like you.

We all have our bad pictures like my passport photo it was windy that day so my hair was messed up and we are not allowed to smile so I have a resting bitch face to the max. I really don't think you are ugly i can tell from your picture you have pretty eyes. You need to cut out that negative girls and surround yourself with good people. From now on i recommend you list one thing you like about yourself everyday does not matter if its your looks, personality, or whatever. But no repeats plus you can start doing yoga its relaxing and you will feel better about yourself.

Find your lighting and angles work with the natural light and such. You don't look anything like you say you do, I think half of your face is wonderful for what I can see. A lot of girls will bully you because they're jealous even if you don't think so trust me and if they say theyre not, theyre usually insecure about something within themselves so they feel the need to put down other people who "potentially" can be more attractive than them and get the guys. What people do to you is not a reflection of you, its of them.

17 year old me would be head over heels for you from what I can see. You aren't ugly. You're not average unless these pictures are really deceptive. That's as much as I'll say on that topic or 40 year old me will feel like a creep.

Here's some advice: work on realizing that the world does not revolve around having a pretty face. Do some service work. Help abandoned and rejected animals. Spend some time in nature... the great outdoors. Visit a war veterans rehab clinic. Buy a hungry kid a Happy Meal. You're already pretty on the outside; work on being pretty on the inside, too.

P. S. Those places are the same places you go to meet people who care about who you are, not just what you look like. You know... the good people.

For one you are not ugly at all. But in taking a good selfie there are a few steps.

1. Feel comfortable with what you're wearing, with your makeup/no makeup, feel comfortable about where you're taking the selfie.

2. find an angle that suits you and your face shape, body type and what you're comfortable with

3. Just be happy, look confident even if you don't feel it, but honestly the key is just to feel comfortable, you'l look more relaxed and natural. :)
