Unprotected sex , on the pill but he came in me. Please help?

So today I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend it was all very intense and we got so carried away etc, he came inside me. I'm on the pill and often forget to take it like every 2 or 3 days.
What is the likely hood of pregnancy?
How soon to test ,
How soon will it's show a on a test
l advice taken aboard,
by the way he's 23 I'm 18
Please help me I'm so super scared thanks in advance xx

Forgetting to take the pill was due to a sudden change in my work roster

Also if I don't take my pill I usually get a mini period type of thing but I haven't had that in 5 days which is odd

It only takes one night of unprotected sex to start a family. The sperm can survive from the harsh environment of the vagina. Takes the sperm at least 30 minutes to 72 hours to reach their final destination before they start to die off. It requires only one to fertilize the egg. Plan B is an emergency pill you can take, but don't be irresponsible by not taking your prescribed pill daily. It will be a hard learn lesson if you do get pregnant. BCPs can regulate your cycles amongst other uses. So make sure your pills are somewhere that is visible to you to remind you to pop one everyday. Perhaps put it near your toothpaste/toothbrush are on the sink or slap a sticker that says Take BCP on the mirror. Forgetting isn't an option. Don't be surprise if you end up pregnant.

If you been taking BCPs for awhile (years) sometimes (sometimes) it won't fully flush out of your system and you relatively safe, but why risk?

If you're missing that many pills, the birth control will not be effective. Maybe you should switch to the depo shot, or an iud, something you don't have to take every day.

If it's been under 48 hours you can take Plan B, it's usually about 40 dollars and you can find it in a pharmacy.

Try not to worry excessively that bad of stress can delay your period and stress you out more. I personally have always waited to see if my period was late before taking a test.

If you're not switching birth control, then make a reminder on your phone or something to take it, make multiple reminders if need be.

Also, I highly recommend you get a period tracking app if you don't already have one so you can track not only your period, but your period symptoms, ovulation, when you have sex, etc. It especially comes in handy when you have to talk to your doctor about anything concerning your lady bits.

If you've been inconsistent with your pills then the likelihood is greater. Take a plan b pill and a pregnancy test in a week. If you're so scared of getting pregnant, just put a reminder on your phone to take your pill every day and make sure that your boyfriend wears a condom every time. You've got to start using your head and be more responsible if you don't want to get pregnant.

You're on birth control. Why would you be pregnant? If you're on hormonal birth control there is no reason for any other means of birth control. If you are on the pill and use it correctly you have less then a 1% risk of pregnancy.

And plus, why did you let him come in you if you are getting afraid of pregnancy?

We don't know where you are on your cycle so we couldn't say how likely you are to be pregnant.

Most tests say 10 days after your first missed period.

Maybe this is also good time to download a period tracker app so it can help remind you to take your pill or investigate methods other than the pill.
