Why are the women in L. A/Southern California so racist?

I've been living in California for the last 7 years and I've come to the conclusion that women (namely especially white women, Asian women and latinas) in the Los Angeles/OC/General Southern California region are extremely racist and rarely date outside their own racial group, and when they do date out they almost exclusively go with fucking white guys, almost always. I've rarely ever seen I white girl with a black man or a latin man or an Asian man in all the years I've been rotting here. Is there some fucking law that I don't know about here that says that non-black women shouldn't give black men the time of day? Did the KKK brainwash Cali White Girls? Is there something about the culture here in California that I should've learned about before moving here?

And they say that California's the most liberal state in the union... I call BS. and honesty, I would love to move to NorCal, where I know I can get more play.

I've never lived there but I use to play on a Counter Strike server that was located in Long Beach for a time and that is the most racist group of people I've ever encountered in my life. There is likely a lot of culture clash in southern Cali, due to South American and Asian immigrants competing with lower income Blacks and whatnot. There is probably a lot of self segregation in neighborhoods and shit like that. Even in north Cali you have San Fran and then Oakland across the bridge.

I'm Hispanic. Actually Mexican and Filipino. I pretty exclusively date white women. They have mostly been super pale Irish girls with light hair and eyes, a couple Italian girls, and some of English descent. I really dig the pale ginger girls pressed against my darker flesh. So great. Maybe San Diego girls are more into non-white guys? I know a lot of interracial couples that the woman is white.

Add to this the fact that Los Angeles and pretty much most of southern California is very segregated, probably the most segregated city in the post-Jim Crow era.

I've been to LA numerous times over the years and the fact that I rarely see people mingle across racial lines, even refusing to, continues to perplex me.
