Why is this girl obsessed with me?

This girl is like obsessed with me and my life, we met online years ago and she finds ways to get into my life no matter what I do. Tried ignoring her, doesn't deter her, she 's so into me and my life that she added most of my close friends and family on facebook and my mom and sister even asked about it. I do music, she's like hardcore with my music. Don't get me wrong I love having people who fan over my music but she's a bit over the top. I've thanked her for her support but honestly it's been creeping me out for a while that she's so obsessed. What's her problem? How do you get someone like that completely out of your life when they try to be involved with every aspect of it? Sorry for writing all that but I've never seen someone obsess over me so much, she's not attractive to me so that makes it even worse... If you had similar experiences please share how you got the person to stop.

She a borderline stocker. I've experience this only worse. She used to sit outside my house, go to my families houses etc. Anyway in your case, make sure your friends/family are ignoring her completely and not giving her the time of day. You need to make it crystal clear you have no interest in her and never will. Tell her you want her to stop everything and leave you alone. Be very blunt and stern (I know it seems harsh but it's the only way she's going to get the message). Get your friends/family to delete her on facebook if they will. Then completely ignore her. Eventually she should stop. If she doesn't or it becomes worse like in my case, you may need to get the police involved.

@apple24 Well it's a long story. It started off as a friendship and a good one, I liked her then. But when she started to get feelings for me that's when the problems started. By then she knew a fair bit about me like where I lived etc.

Call her, tell her there is something important you need to tell her. Appreciate her, talk to her about everything.
