There's this 18 year old at my job who is obsessed with me. I'm 22 by the way. I tried talking to this girl a few months back cause I noticed her interest. She'd always would give me the cold shoulder. So I stopped. Ever since she started at my job she looks at me like she's mesmerized by me. Now that I stopped giving her attention it's gotten worse. She comes to my desk, she watches me when I speak to other women. She even looks angry if there's a hint another woman is flirting with me. Every day she's constantly staring at me. I'd tell my coworkers and they would say it's only in your mind. UNTIL they see it for themselves!! The girl is cute but now I'm irritated by it. What do I do?

She sounds like she has some attachment issues. If you like her, then the best is to try and demonstrate reliability and dependability as much as you can. Not a good idea to flirt with other women, as that will break her trust. Just keep talking to her until she no longer gives you the cold shoulder, whereby she realizes that she can depend on you to not abandon her.
