What's the craziest thing you've ever done during Spring Break?

My friends and I are heading to Panama City Beach for Spring Break this year. It's my first time and I saw they have a club called La Vela with crazy concerts, wet tshirt contests, foam parties, etc. My friends want to do the wet tshirt contest - why not get a little wild! What's the craziest thing you've ever done over Spring Break?

I've never been on a Spring Break trip in my life. I can never afford it, and I can't think of any people I know who can afford to go with me.

I know the "crazy parties" are exaggerated though. Most people I know who have been to Florida (and other places) for Spring Break tell me it's not that crazy. I'm sure the guys get wild, but most girls (especially young girls) are prudes, and probably act stuck-up.

I do want to go one of these days. Maybe next year? I can only hope so.

I did go to Panama City Beach, Florida last year for a Summer vacation. The beach is nice, but the city is completely run-down, and not near the vacation spot it used to be.

The craziest thing I've ever done in my life was move to Panama City, live there for 2 years and get together with my first wife.

Never went to Club La Vela.

Their tagline, "Party With Thousands" always struck me as more of a disclaimer than a selling point.

Fun trivia fact:
The club that was next to Club La Vela, an equally gaudy locale called " The Spinnaker", was owned in part by a person who was my landlord for a year.

Thinking back on my time in Panama City, I feel more like a roadie than someone who was there for the show.

I went to Cabo for spring break back in '07 and had a blast. I remember waking up in the hotel room, on the couch, soaking wet and in my little black dress that I brought to go clubbing in. My friends said they pulled me out of the pool like that, I got so drunk that I blacked out and (according to them) dressed up in my dress and heels, got into the pool and almost drowned, according to them I even had my purse with me. Lol. Needless to say, I quit drinking after that.

me and my buddies got in a fight with some frat boys from usc because they were talking shit about our school because it was a state school. so we beat them up and then made them apologize while on their knees in the middle of the street. kind of came out of nowhere really i was dancing with a girl and my buddy was dancing with a go go dancer and a few of my friends where just standing around when we noticed my our friend knock somebody off of there stool. we all kind of look at eachother thinking well shit i guess we are getting in a fight tonight.

I spent a weekend at a beachside hotel with my brother, sister-in-law (soon to be sister-in-law at the time), and a good friend. We got wasted, partied, trashed the room, and nearly had a four-way of the worst possible kind.

Thankfully, I can handle my tequila and talked some sense into everyone before it got out of hand. Maybe not "crazy" per-se but it's the craziest I've ever been.

My friends and I were in Las Vegas for spring break back in college... one morning in our hotel we made a massive amount of vodka Red Bull in a 1.75liter bottle.
