Well, first and foremost, I've never worn a skirt so short that my ass would pop out if I had to pick something up. But I'd like to believe that no one is stupid enough to either follow me up stairs and bend over to see up my skirt OR to be stupid enough to stand at the bottom of the stairs in the desperate hope of seeing my underwear.

Also, why the hell would I ever run in a skirt? That is not a logical choice to make in one's life. This is skirt 101.

Also you have to keep in mind that unless the skirt is very free flowing it isn't going to be that easy to see up.

I tend to only wear knee length skirts so I don't worry, that way whether I wear underwear or not, it won't matter (sometimes don't wear any because I don't want VPL, if the garment is right for instance) When I have worn shorter ones I'm not too worried, I just make sure I wear underwear.

I wear pencil skirts. Are you talking about mini skirts? Or those pleated skirts? Because I am see how those can be difficult to cover up

Well I love wearing short skirts, so not really! That's why certain mannerisms (i. e., being ladylike) is important, though!

I definitely do. Although I wear spandex underneath and it wouldn't be a total embarrassment if someone saw under, I try to avoid it as much as possible.

That's why you wear spanks, they're like super tiny shorts to cover you up that u wear under skirts. Also if you keep your legs pretty close together you'll be fine.
