Girlfriend slapped me because I cheated, was she right?

She slapped me and dumped me after I cheated. She won't apologize for hitting me. How do I get her back?

I can't help but to think that if a woman asked this exact same question peoples answers would be totally different. Domestic violence should never be tolerated. Don't get back with her. While you were totally in the wrong for cheating, she did not have a right to hit you.

She doesn't even seem to care about the seriousness of domestic violence. I could even accept if she slapped you then regretted it right afterwards, because you did push her pretty far and people often do things they regret in the heat of a moment like that. She clearly doesn't have a problem with violence against men or else she would regret her actions. Even if she is angry with you, she should still feel bad about hitting you.

How do you get her back? You have to start a dialog with her, and she has to be willing to listen or you have no chance. Eventually you have to earn her trust back.

You had it comming, if you didn't want to get hit you shouldn't have cheated. Its the ramification of your actions you caused it, it may not have been right but it happened because of your concious decision to betray and hurt her. Move on don't screw her over again.

Well, my friend that is unfortunate because you might not end up getting her back but you can definitely try. Show her that you don't care about any other girls, only her. It will take a long time trust me to get her back and while she may look mad at you sometimes she probably just doesn't want to look weak for caving in. She might be thinking about how cute whatever you just did for her was while she has a rude look on her face. Don't give up, it will take some time. Dont keep asking for forgiveness, its annoying. Tell her you're sorry and you're going to make it up to her, don't give her the chance to say no.

Well you cheated on her. Seems like almost no guy nowadays can keep it in his pants. If you cheated, that means you searched something she didn't have elsewhere.

So if you want her back, you need to talk about that anf find what was lacking in the relationship. After that you might not even want her back.
