I was wondering if any other women experience this. I tend to overthink/overanalyze a lot of things when I am on my period or two weeks prior to my menstrual cycle. I also get moody spells out of the blue. Normally I am able to dismiss things sooner, but when it's around that time of the month, I can literally drive myself insane in my head, obsessing over something that I typically could get over within a minute or with peace of mind. Does anyone know the cause? Is it just me?
