Why do girls claim to be "tired of being hurt" and messing around with guys that are poor relationship material, but when you come and show them a little bit of attention, they just blow it off? I'm tired of being a good guy that's going to be a guy that takes a girl seriously and gets blown off for the aforementioned guys! Go figure that one out! LOL

Girls, a little message to you: you can only have what you're open to! If you're in a similar mindset, don't be one of those girls that says one thing, but means another!

Yes, good + serious is great, but if I don't feel a connection with him or if we're not on the same page, it's not going to happen not because I'm not a hypocrite but because the attraction is simply not there. She might not be ready to jump into a new relationship; she might not feel okay dating someone she's known for a while; she might not want to mess up whatever friendship you guys have now; maybe she's just afraid to get hurt again; maybe that is something that they want down the road but not right now.

If you really want to claim to be a "good" guy, try being a little less judgmental and understanding. No one know everything that's going on in someone else's head or life and it's unfair for you to put someone in a negative light for something you might not know.

Be a good guy because you are truly a good human being, not to get girls.

You can keep pretending that only women are at fault. You can keep pretending only men are at fault. But the truth of the matter is that people in general are hypocrites or maybe we're just making assumptions based on single statements without taking into account that they're multifaceted.

I would say at least a couple of those statements aren't true, at least with myself. Independent women are the best, in every sense of the word. It's annoying when women want to freeload all the time, and it's very annoying when women appear to be in absolute DIRE need of attention and a boyfriend at ALL times. I'd go as far as to say that is typical female behavior.

If a woman can be in charge of her own life and happy on her own, that's literally so refreshing to see! I also think that some women can be downright beautiful well into their 40's and sometimes 50's! Everyone ages differently and some people are just rotten when it comes to generalizations and how they think and what spews out of their mouth!

Because if they're anything like me, they have trouble with women, likely because their standards are higher than most men. A lot of men just want to get some action and don't read into much else. There are so many things about a woman that need to align for me, on the other hand...
