Are guys really serious when they think good girls are hard to find?

I've been seeing many posts about guys saying a good girl to settle down is hard to find. Really? Is it?

Some co-worker in his early 60's (apparently bitter/distrustful over bad experiences and his divorce) once said ''Where have you been? Your kind is dying. Don't listen to feminism bs. You came very late in my life. If I were your age, I would've settle with you. We need more like you. Good girls are hard to find''.

I feel sorry he had bad experiences and an ugly divorce but really? Are we really that hard to find as some guys think? I think we're everywhere, but obviously not in clubs nor marches.

Well people say that because whatever is their definition of good girl is I mean here's my straight-up honest answer about a good girl she has to be beautiful on the inside just have confidence she has to be loving just be carrying she can't talk about other people to make herself look bigger and better I hate that she has to be able to smile she has to be able to laugh at herself she has to be able to look into somebody's eyes and see the pain and be able to comfort them with just words she has to be Central she has to be sexy she has to be seductive she has to be passionate just to be a good kisser she has to be a great lover she has to be a give her a self if there's a time that needs that she has to be a tomboy she has to be a girly girl I wanted to be a slut in her own way with me I wanted to be sexy and naughty see the moment somebody hears that they'll sell she's not a good girl I see bulshit in Bologna everybody has their own definition of good girl my good girl are all the things that I just said if I could find that girl I would be one happy boy I would be a good boy LOL and to be honest with you everything is all of the above almost every girl in the world could be like that or is like that they just don't allow other people to know them or allow people to know it

Yes! If they're so damned easy to find, why have I not been saddled with dozens of them over the past 40-some years? So far, I've had THREE "girlfriend"'s!!
1. Eventually (after 3 months) told me she was just using me to make another guy jealous.
2. Was on the verge of another nervous breakdown and didn't even know what she was doing at the time and, up until 3 years ago, when I mentioned it to her, had NO recollection of us doing it and even accused me of lying about it!
3. Was LEGALLY still married (but, she left him because he'd gotten a sex change and then switched back) and, after 10 years with me, started chasing after another guy that had more money than me!
All the other "good" girls have chased after abusive assholes and only want me around for a shoulder to cry on after he beats them up! I'm not good enough to love or date but they ALL know where the fuck I am when they need an emotional tampon! NOT that I MIND helping them, I will, if I can but, for fucking piss sakes, at LEAST LISTEN TO ME when I tell you stuff!! And, it WOULD be nice if you'd give ME a fucking chance, once in a while!!

Lol. Yes, they are serious. What that guy said is probably what a ton of men believe.

I have noticed in my experience and even on this site, that a lot of men want a woman who has good morals, who isn’t sexually or dresses promiscuous, intelligent, understanding, has similar views as them, and loyal. (Again, that is just my experience and what I have seen on this site).

I think they’re everywhere too. There’s good quality people everywhere, but they’re less likely to be in places that attract a negative or low quality crowd, (bars, tinder, parties, etc)

Your measure of good girls comes from your female peers influence, and it's distorted. All you hear is their side about how good they are/were to the men that are bad, but that's only one side of the true story.

I FINALLY found a good girl. 12 years of looking. You're NOT everywhere. There's attractive women everywhere, but meeting them on dating sites? Good luck with that.

Many are afraid to open messages, because 9 or if 10 either contain indecent proposals or dick pix. Get a word in edgewise over the din of the denizen pigs? Doesn't happen. Literally 12 years of writing polite messages. Nothing. Just saying, "hello, my name is... would you care to chat?" Nothing. Too many wolves in sheep's clothing, beating her door and filling her inbox. All kinds of nice talk when they take a chance, and then BAM, sex request or dick pic! What woman wants that? I don't blame them. Anonymous pigs have ruined online dating.

Many women are shallow as puddles, swipiing left on 99 out of 100 pix. The hundredth, they'll look, but find something wrong. Too short, too fat, not a job they like, dresses funny, seems cheap... always something, yet complain men are shallow.

Guess how I found her? I went out there, offline, and talked to her... a stranger when we met. Charmed her, sweet talked her, complimented her, respected her, took her out to dinner without expectation, made her laugh. It's been 5 wonderful months.

Good girls are hard to find, despite what your girlfriends tell you. If you truly knew how they select men, you'd be appalled. The criteria, the hoops, and the games. You only know what you're told, and that'll be ALL you ever know.

Yes it is harder than slutty girls or normal girls

The girl we consider the right girl ( each of his own standards ) is not easy to find which includes usually being nice etc..

And even being nice it’s different ways and methods of being nice make it multiple different types of nice girls.

In the end it’s not easy to find the girl we want or accept her as the potential partner.

If the guy is serious he will be looking for the “one” which he can picture spending all his life waking up next to her.

Yes, they're serious. I mean there are good, marriageable women to be found, but not nearly as many as in the past. In general, today's women bring less value to a man's life than their counterparts from decades ago. Men are still expected to be the primary breadwinners (let's be honest here) but they are also expected to do all the things women traditionally did in a relationship. So men are essentially getting half the value from a woman compared to the past. That is definitely not true of all women, but as a whole women are less valuable today.

Yes, thankfully, those kinds of men have a harder time finding "good girls" nowadays.

My answer would be yes because there are not many places left where a guy can be sure that he can meet single women. I don´t like online dating because it keeps me paying without the chance of really getting to a woman. I might be broke before I meet someone there.

Not really. Most guys just aren't trying hard enough or are looking in all the wrong places. You see, guys are just plumb ass lazy. They want the comfort of having girls spontaneously appear in front of them without putting in effort. You reap what you sow. No effort means quality of woman sucks. The cruel paradox is that good girls want a guy who has their shit together and is willing to invest effort.

Because it's true. If they're out there, they're waiting in the shadows and doing nothing to let us know they're there. Decent guys are looking for good girls to get into relationships with, but they can't do it alone. Good women need to step forward and take some of the initiative in asking out or making themselves available to be asked. Men can't just guess you might want a relationship with so many friends with benefits slutty ONS people running around.

Yes absolutely. Just like guys for you. Believe it or not, there are a lot of women (especially older) that don't want serious relationships either. Plus, women are quite "selective" (to put it nicely lol), so even if they are, chances are good she won't want you. That's assuming you can even find single ones to begin with.
