I am quite sure that the vast majority of women, at least in the parts of the world that are outside the US/Canada/Western Europe do correspond to what you are seeking.

In those 3 areas that I mentioned above, I do have my doubts that those decent girls are indeed in a majority. Social media and the porn industry have made a fantastic job brainwashing our youth (both genders). I would not be surprised if those girls are in a minority. However, let me tell you that what you are looking for is not the sole prerogative of one single gender. I would even go as far as to say that men in general are more fixated about finding a girl that will give them a good time rather than to wait for the right girl later in life.

Unfortunately, our modern society is corrupt to the core but mostly society in the so-called civilized world.

In Asia for example, you are much less likely going to find men and women that are as corrupt in that respect as in the rest of the Western world.

Not most girls. In the western world anyway. But there are some who do want genuinely good men, yes. If you do find any, especially of the age range you posted, I would imagine it's because their parents raised them exceptionally well or they have a genuinely good heart.

But you gotta be careful even with these girls, because once they get that good guy, some girls later on will feel that you being a good man is boring or you become uninteresting.

Yes but many of those are “once were”. Most of them get grabbed up quickly. Churches are good place to start.
