How are so many women so ungrateful?

I have been told countless times that I am beautiful and have a nice body, so I know, I'm not ugly. These comments come from guys and girls. But guys don't ask me out. Other women i know, some being very provocative, get asked out lot.. and they make it seem like the guy is so horrible and disgusting for showing interest in her. Care to explain? I'm confused.

You dont have to be grateful for male attention. All attention isn't good attention. If all a guy would like to do to you is fuck you then send you on your way, then that isn't really respectful, romantic and its not something that I would feel grateful to have thought about me. Not everyone is desperate for male attention because we know that there is a difference between quality and quantity. 50 guys could want to fuck you so they dont really matter, and a lot of them are just sleazy and annoying... but the 5 guys who genuinely admire you (and still want to fuck you) are the ones who are worth being happy about.

I think its a combination of these girls being asked out or hit on by straight up jackasses and being asked out by lots of dudes that they are not attracted to. The former explains itself and the latter is more because girls attribute a creepiness factor to any dude they aren't interested in if they don't reciprocate the interest.

Because these women only want attention from men they're interested in. It comes from them constantly being barraged with male attention. Men, on the other hand, just want any female attention at all.

That is totally understandable. But can't they be polite and say something like "I'm not really into you" instead of and I quote "you're so fucking below. Ha byeee. You can leave now" and he didn't even ask her out he said "oh mary you look nice today!" That's a nt harsh.. don't you think?

I can understand not being nice, if it's happening all the time and you're just tired of it but I don't think they should be condescending about it. It is a compliment, after all.

Are you sure they're not just being nice when they tell you how great you look? Anyway, approaching women has become a hassle these days and we don't think it's worth the headache a lot of the time. And when some sucker does do it, you see the results: they're treated with derision and disrespect unless they tickle that woman's brain just right (which they have no possible way of knowing). May as well pack the cooler with your favorite booze and go fishing or something you actually like doing.

Well you might not get asked out because you are too attractive and guys assume you already have a lover and even if you don't you will reject them. With those other girls, maybe those guys would not take no for an answer and harassed the women you spoke to. There is no reason why women need be "grateful" for a man's attention especially if said man is creepy.
