It is really hard, I'm sorry! Sometimes it's just part of their personality. I just had a similar situation happen to me, the guy I liked would always flirt with other girls right in front of me, then try to make me feel special, and then flip the script and make me feel super jealous by not only flirting with them while I'm standing right there but then turn to me and start talking about the other girl he was flirting with. It made my life so frustrating and I recently discovered he was a waste of my time because a friend informed me the guy was seeing his ex again and that I was just his 2nd choice. It sucked! & he still won't drop it, yesterday he asked another girl to grab a bite with him right in front of me. & the girl's already in a committed relationship! I think if a guy truly likes you, he'll make sure you know. If you walk in the room when he's flirting with another girl, he'll drop her within a minute to be flirting with you instead. If you want to make it work, definitely talk to him because then you'll at least have answers and if he really cares, he'll tone it down for you. It worked for me, I ended up with my answers after I talked to my guy, even though they weren't the answers I wanted to hear, they still helped me move on.

Ohhhhh man
The FZ huh? Hi, would you like a tour, I have resided here so long, I can show you every attraction.
But srs, I was there... still am sort of, but I just learned that jealousy is a powerful emotion, that when you show it most times it works against you.
The only real cure to me is just having that confidence that you don't need to feel inferior to the others, because you will win your crush. It's not as easy as just saying it though. It took me awhile to develop this mentality.
But just ask him on a date, soon. Once you do, you will feel less jealous rather he accepts or rejects. Because the weight will be lifted if that makes sense. The fear of the unknown.
Maybe it will help if you realize that he is attractive to you at least partially because he knows how to flirt. If he was all shy and awkward you probably wouldn't be crushing on him. You want to be with a guy who genuinely likes women, a guy who makes other women wish they were you.

Show your jealousy!.. Let him know you like him!.. But you are not ready to fall in a relationship or do anything!.. However if he cares about you he won't flirt with others and wait for 'us' to happen..
Just avoid your crush... You'd just get hurt from jealousy
I wish there were more girls like you
